Digital Growth Factor Private Limited is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy outlines the steps and conditions for returning an item and receiving a refund.
1. Return Eligibility
- Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
- Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all tags and packaging intact. Products that have been used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted for return.
- Exclusions: Some items may be non-returnable or subject to different return policies. These exceptions will be noted on the product page.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact us at help@thefusionsquare.com or call 07308601585. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
- Return Authorization: After we receive your return request, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
3. Shipping Returns
- Customer's Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Return Address: The return address will be provided along with the return authorization.
4. Refunds
- Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within a certain number of days of receiving the returned item, depending on your card issuer's policies.
- Partial Refunds: In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted. This includes items not in their original condition, items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
5. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item

6. Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

8. Restocking Fee
- There are no restocking fees charged for returned items.
